MPORTANT MAZE 52 HEAT UPDATE ☀️
With the extreme temperatures forecast, we’re making a few changes to our opening hours to make sure everyone can enjoy their visit as safely and comfortably as possible.
🌸 WEDNESDAY 12TH AUGUST — 9AM–1PM
We’re opening an hour earlier at 9am, giving you the chance to come and enjoy the Maze, flowers and summer games while it’s cooler — and an extra hour to fit everything in before we close at 1pm.
☀️ THURSDAY 13TH AUGUST — CLOSED
With temperatures expected to be at their highest, we’ve made the decision to close for the day. We’d much rather do the sensible thing and look after our visitors and our team than encourage everyone to be out in the extreme heat.
We have contacted everyone with an existing booking to give you the option to rearrange your visit. If you’re happy to still come tomorrow, we’ll be ready to welcome you from 9am–1pm! 💗

We had such a lovely, wholesome time at Maze 52 today! The staff were all friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and there was lots to do. The food was affordable and very tasty and we took a lovely big bunch of fresh wildflowers home as a wonderful memory of the day. We highly recommend a visit!

There’s plenty of activities for the little one and a lovely seating area to relax whilst the little ones play…The wild flowers are stunning too and for a bunch such a great value! We loved the whole experience and will be returning again…Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

We have been to Maze 52 several times now and would highly highly recommend it. From the moment you arrive you’re made to feel so welcome and there’s never any pressure, nor do you feel like you want to leave. There is so more to see and do than just the maze. Our son was amused for hours while we sat and had a coffee and a bite to eat.

Great day out today at Maize 52! We had great fun doing the maze and then playing with the outdoor games and sandpit! You can tell so much effort has been put into it!

Tips For your Visit
🌽 Pre-booking tickets recommended
When booking entry for a set date, please ensure you book the correct date and time.
🌽 Book EARLY
To guarantee the date you want, book online in advance. We offer online tickets at a discount to the gate tickets so it is cheaper to book ahead.
🌽 Wheelchair access
The maze pathways are suitable for both push and wheelchairs. Wet weather can make the pathways muddy and hard work but if you don’t mind a bit of mud, go for it!
🌽 Children
We ask that children are supervised by an adult whilst in the mazes.
🌽 Free Parking
We have a car park and free parking on site.
🌽 Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after them. We have a Play Area designed for our furry friends to enjoy too! Dogs are not allowed in the maize mazes but we welcome them in all other areas.
🌽 Wet weather & wellies
Please remember you will be walking around a field! So wear suitable footwear and keep an eye on the weather. On rainy days, if we have had very heavy rain we may have to close the mazes.
🌽 Please stay on the paths!
It might be tempting to take a short cut through the plants, but they can get easily damaged so we ask you stay on the paths.
